Mindfulness Trainer
I am a Certified Mindfulness Trainer under the supervision of Dr. Juan Humberto Young, the renowned creator of the MBSAT program, and Jochen Reb, an accomplished Professor of OBHR and the Director of the Mindfulness Initiative at SMU. The MBSAT program uniquely blends mindfulness practices, principles of positive psychology, and substantial business acumen to develop a comprehensive training curriculum focused on improving individual decision-making abilities in personal and professional contexts.
Presently, I am engaged in conducting sessions for the MBSAT program at SMU Academy.
Coaching
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to thrive and flourish in both work and life. That’s why I am passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals to unlock their full capabilities. With credentials as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF and a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) by NCDA, coupled with co-authoring 2 books on career development, I bring a wealth of experience to help individuals reach their personal and professional goals.
Adult Educator
I am an accredited Associate Adult Educator affiliated with the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL) Alongside this accreditation, I am also certified as a Professional Workplace Trainer (ACTA) and a Professional Instructional Curriculum Designer (DACE). These qualifications enable me to not only conduct training but also design courses that are eligible for funding support from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) within the educational landscape of Singapore.

With a career spanning over 25 years across Multinational Tech Companies, I have effectively showcased my leadership abilities through the management of high-performance teams and spearheading transformations and growth initiatives. Throughout my professional journey, I have held diverse roles such as Country Manager, Chief Strategy Officer, and Sales Director for the Asia Pacific region.
