5th train interchange

I envision my life as a train journey, with each year representing a station and every 10th station marking a significant interchange. Currently, I find myself at the fifth interchange, which is considered the midpoint.

As Confucius wisely stated: "At thirty, one should be established; at forty, free from doubts; at fifty, understanding one's destiny."

In my 2024 station, the focus is on pacing. While I may not control the train's speed, I can manage the rhythm of my heart. I achieve this by pausing, observing, listening, and being mindful. #mindfulness
