I’m a chef

My love for food began at the age of 12 when I proudly featured as the youngest male participant in a community cooking competition.

At 16, I worked part-time as a kitchen chef at Denny’s restaurant in Marine Parade. Some years ago, I occasionally helped out at my family’s char kway teow stall (which has already closed).

For me, food is a celebration of life. Beyond the flavors, it's the people, cultures, and stories that make each dish memorable.

My family loves my 蛋炒饭 (fried rice).
It's top-notch! 😎
